Phillip B. Ethridge is the Managing Attorney of the Ethridge Law Firm, LLC. Assisting Residential Real Estate and Land Owners successfully navigate their Real Estate Transactions and Documentation.
We are a locally owned and operated business in Lexington, South Carolina serving the Midlands' districts of Columbia. Phillip has a passion for history and attended Erskine College in 1996. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, J.D. in 2002, Phillip found his passion in Real Estate Law. The Ethridge Law Firm was established in the Fall of 2007.

As a Lexington native, Phillip and his wife Bree met while he was attending Cumberland School of Law in 1999. Shortly after their second daughter was born they moved back to set permanent roots near family.
Phillip and his family attend Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church in Lexington and are heavily involved with the children's and special needs ministry.
Passionate about family and service to their community, the Ethridge family stays involved with local events and outreach programs. Phillip is an avid military historian and outdoorsman. He can be found Fly-fishing or hunting year round.
